Have a safe holiday season. Don't be stupid. Don't drink and drive.
I know I posted this in another thread, but I wanted to make a special thread for those that didn't see it.
The holidays are upon us, which means lots of holiday parties with eggnog, wine, champagne...you name it. If you're going to drink, please don't drive. If you intend to have even a couple of drinks, please make other arrangements before hand, or call a cab. The price of a cab doesn't even compare to the price of one's life.
Please watch this video - all of it. And please please please be safe this holiday season (and always).
DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS

The laws in Canada are to relaxed. If you get caught driving over the legal limit. You should lose your license for life and have your car seized and sold at auction. If you get caught driving again (seeing you don't have your license) you should land up in prison for over a year.
People don't take it seriously until if effects them.
thanks lisa!
a very important message for the holidays (and the rest of the year)

dont tell me when I can drink and drive. It is my car, my booze and my choice whether I want to risk killing people or not.
Notice how not one of those drivers was using a handheld for texting or talking???

Friendly Holiday Advice
Please, take care of yourself while driving for the Christmas party.
A recent joint study conducted by the Department of Health and the Department of Motor Vehicles indicates that 23% of traffic accidents are alcohol related. This means that the remaining 77% are caused by A-holes who just drink coffee, carbonated drinks, juices, milk, water, and shit like that. Therefore, beware of those who do not drink alcohol. They cause three times as many accidents.
