Curious..

What do people think of this? Caught it on Gareth Emery's latest podcast. I really wish he'd play more stuff like this live.

So stop listening to Gareth Emery and start listening to DJs who play this kind of stuff

That's the thing though is the stuff he plays on his podcasts differs so greatly from what he plays live. I've never heard him live but all the sets I've heard are a whole lot of big room cheese. It seems like podcasts are the artists playing the music THEY like and the live sets are them catering to the crowd?

I guess I'm kind of stuck in terms of places to actually go see good music. I'm 5 hours from NYC, and the only club I've been to in Toronto is the Guvernment, which is consistently jam packed with wannabe Jersey Shore guidos with their shirts off fist pumping to the latest Armin tune.

Edit: No offense Scoops

Eelke is one of the best up n coming DJs/Producers out there today

Well if you ever do head out to NYC, definitely look into the AlterImage nights.

Eelke has some amazing prog-trance tracks. So driving and melodic, like this one. It's a mislable, it's his remix of Ryan Davis - Clouds Passing By. So many layers. By the 3 minute mark it's just trippy goodness.

Eelke Kleijn sounds very Dutch.
A little bit to slow and spacy for me personally, but I do like the synthy sound.

Nice! I'm going to have to keep an eye on this one.
