-- Best Dance Track Ever.

Idea Best Dance Track Ever.

I found it! Yoshitoshi 100. Luzon the baguio track. (chus & Cheballos mix)
You know... I have owned over 6000 vinyl records... I was part of all the promo pools back in the day so I got the chance to go through thousands of records before the scene went to shit circa 2004 with the garbage electro minimal swedish house shallow CRAP. In retrospect I must say this was the best dance single ever. Not best in terms of sales cause back in the early 90s (pre-mp3) it was actually possible to sell 200.000 copies with no radio play. But best in terms of an underground track being truly outstanding. Then yes. The Baguio Track really takes the crown. Stacy Fucking Burket at his finest moment. And chus and ceballos pushing the track into perfection. God this track is amazing. Oh how I long for the days when dance music used to poke through your soul. Now I know a lot of you are going to be like ''bla bla bla this is not the best track ever and something else I Know is the best track ever.''
This is the best track ever tho.
Enjoy.

nice

music is so subjective its almost impossible to claim a song as "the best" of its genre. I can only see that argument being used in relation to its overall impact on the scene (something like cafe del mar).

it's definitely good though and I can see how it might be your favorite.

Sunclub - Fiesta.

I think the best DANCE track should be much better to dance at. And even in the pre-mp3 days there are much better (underground) tracks for that, like Gat Decor - Passion.
Best track to you okay, but best DANCE track?

I'm also a bit confused with were the 'dance' part of the statement is supposed to apply. I'm also hearing a rather run of the mill progressive record that seems too reluctant to change things up a little. Nice enough though.

i can't pick a best i could make a list of 100 and be unsure if the last tunes deserve being in the top or not but picking just one is impossible.

I'd be frontin' big time if I could pick out one track.

Well, that's the beauty of sifting through a bunch of releases. You find a gem. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Original mix of "The Baguio Track" is probably the best:

Also like the Bedrock mix a lot:

Hard to choose between these two for me. Excellent tune all around.
