Saw this on Yahoo...was anyone there? I know Markus played for 5+ hours.

well TAO is a structured event w/ set times etc. markus played for an hour i think..maybe 90 min depending on the set times, i'm not sure.

after that he played ruby skye in sf...that's where he played 5+ hours was getting texts lateee night from a friend who was there !

San Fran is far from fail. Jealous of that 5 hour set. Markus went on so early at TAO and the line up isn't my cup of tea.

from what i've seen already markus ripped it up in san fran and if anything like his set in vancouver last night i'm sure it was amazing. anyhow, gdjb world tour this week is from ruby skye so at least we all get a chance to catch a little under half of his set.

i cant wait!! Ruby Skye is awesome. Everyone should go there at least once...specificlly when Markus is playing. When we went he ended up playing past 5 am and everyone was super cool and chill. No drama no violence no 12 year olds on too many drugs....Ill go back for sure!

As for LA only place ive been there was Heat (or is that the promoter??) was meh...nice venue...a little over crowded and they close at 2am...booooo

as for the article....just like any other type of news: they are chosing to make something public and call out one venue/person- when in fact this is pretty normal.

Not fair to call out TOA for those numbers- hell Pacha NYC one night gets the same...its just they dont have the time/care to write news articles on it.

"rave" and "hurt" in a title of the article can't be a good sign. The only time trance makes any kind of headlines is when someone dies or people get hurt, that's a shocker.
