Pandora for movies?

I need a good site for recommending movies. Kind of like how Pandora suggests music based on your tastes, I would think that there would be a cinematic equivalent. I tried to use Netflix's, but after rating 450 movies, it is always so far off with its suggestions. Anything else out there?

How about finding someone with impeccable taste. Like that Meat187 guy. Then post a bunch of (not too obvious) movies you like and he'll recommend you some good stuff.
