Oh noes it is the ''profiteers''
This hack does not have the actual talent to make it in the dance industry. The music he is putting out is fucking garbage. So now after dissing PVD and James Holden he is starting shit with the ''profiteers'' because they ''ruined the scene''
Really Jay? Really? How many records have you sold?
What profiteers motherfucker everybody fucked off circa 2004. Yeah the profiteers making millions in the danz industry! Oh please!
Now there was a time where a bedroom producer could put out a record and have the record picked up and signed, make a name for himself and put out music that would generate income. Those horrible times were there was an actual fucking dance music industry people made a living off and people believed in the music they put out and promoted. Oh those ''profiteers'' motivated by money putting out music that people actually want to FUCKING buy! Bitch who is paying for your plane ticket?

Posted by SYSTEM-J on Jan-18-2011 13:42:

The guy sounds like a 17 year old who's just read Marx for the first time.

Sorry but talking about how the dance music industry is ruined by profiteers is a bunch of shit. Who are those horrible ''profiteers'' Jay is talking about? The bedroom producers? The websites and internet radio stations that helped popularized this scene? The djs who would spin underground house music when they could be spinning top40 and making a lot more money? The promoters who took every legal risk out there to put out a good club night? The club owners who invested hundreds of thousands in clubs to get shut down soon after? Or is it the independent record-labels and mom and pop vinyl stores? Who are those horrible ''profiteers'' Jay is talking about... I wanna know Well ''jay'' in music 1.0 stuff is a lot more simple... Press play let me hear the track.... You suck. Next.

Completely agreed. Jay Haze is riding off of all of their success and making a mockery of it.

Many here know Existo and I here have some history (he/she is a blatant troll and spammer), but this post is spot on. The music he is into and puts out has very little to do with "profiteering" and comes across as holier-than-thou no matter how you spin it. In the grand scheme of things, his brand of whatever-genres-you-want-to-toss-on-it is such a small niche market that I don't see very many people making bank on it (enough to complain about it like its a corporate monster).

I'm not a basher of his music by any stretch (I really like some of it, I really hate some of it), but statements like this just don't make sense. Sounds like he needs to get over himself.

Cant help it bro I am a profiteer out to make millions of dollaz selling dance vinyls in 2011.
I am selling the music of these big corporate fatcats that pressed 500 progressive house records with the intention of turning the gigantic profit involved with this whole thing.
It will be all over though jay haze captain hipster is gonna lead the way and free us from these profiteers.. haha oh lord my sides hurt.
