SONG ID - 1st track in this Luciano & Villalobos b2b set

Hi guys, I'm looking for the ID of the first tune in this video. Has that Middle Eastern vibe to it that Luciano is playing. He plays it in a number of sets and was wondering if anyone can help me out with it.

thanks I had a listen and sounds like it but I'm wondering which bagpipe tool he uses. that's definitely the killer bit inthat tune.
