If I know I want tracks about 115 bpm to download to mix, is there anyway i can search by bpm (115) on beatport or any other music retailer? I figure, there must be a way to search by bpm. Right?

Use your ears.. Those sites don't have BPM information, you may try Ektoplazm though, but I don't know if that's the kind of music you are looking for.

Yep, 128 is a magical tempo - 32 bars a minute, so in a 'regular' track all of the phrases start/finish on the 30 second and minute markers. Handy.

But no, apart from that tempo means fuck all really - this is what pitch control is for.
