Couldnt agree more!!! I def missed out when these guys threw it down hard!!! Parties when PVD didnt come on till 2am!! Man has times changed... sighhhh

But i am pumped for next Saturday. NYE 2009 feels like 10 years ago!!!!

Naw fuck that noise, there are/have been amazing shows his year. Yea, pvd isn't on point, but he is old, and personally I'm still going and Amped about it, because it still reminds me of the park (yea I'm young too and wasn't around for crowbar) but ky point still stands, the "good old days" now include club love, and history is always sweeter than the now, because we only remember the good, and not the bad. You can live in the past, but the now is where I'm at, literally and metaphysical

I'm not saying there hasnt been good parties this year. Every weekend there is sonething going on in the city. Im just saying I woukd of loved to see what PVD and even Tiesto and Armin were like pre 2007. Or even just gone to Exit, Spirt, Roxy and any other club that gor shut done.

Its all about your take on parties Personally, I think the old parties had such a magic, such a VIBE, such an incredible feeling...weekend after weekend. None of the parties today come within miles of comparing, but thats only MY personal opinion only.

I cant say it is what you make them, because I dont believe that idea at ALL. Nothing can compare the feelings I had during the old days of trance, not only the music, but everything put together as a whole was just incredible for me back then (4+ yrs ago to be exact). I rarely go out these days because the overall experience does nothing for me anymore. They are still fun, but they are missing a certain.....something.

I think the new "generation" definitely missed out, but that doesnt mean that there isnt opportunity for incredible parties to present itself in the future Here's to hoping you guys get some of what we had, because I would LOVE for anyone to experience what I did! I dont mind sharing

edit: on topic- this also applies to PVD parties, they have lost some of its energy the last few years in comparison to the INCREDIBLE vibes we got in 2005 (ROXY!) and earlier....just my opinion
