It "started" two weeks ago. The place is new and I'm in good with the owners, so whatever I want to do Friday's is fair game. We're still getting our promotional push ready for a few weeks from now, so it's a bit under the radar until then. Mostly was just me and my buddies last weekend messing around. The venue is ready, looks good, nice sound & lighting, new decor, beer is cheap, sushi is good...haha.

Oh nice I live right by there! I'll definitely check it out. I've been waiting for a place like this to open where there's EDM and good deals on alcohol. Hopefully, this weekly event can pull in real edm heads that likes to dance and just have a good time.

Just look for the tall white guy with has the Abraham Lincoln beard...pics here if you need them.

Also, I prefer to play progressive & electro house, however we have seen a bit of a mixed crowd the last few weeks. Again, because our flyers are not made yet..we are still deciding on Flaunt Fridays (yes, there are a few of these...sf, etc.) or Myst Fridays (there is a club Myst in Arizona). Once the advertising starts I expect more of an electronic crowd, although last Friday wasn't too bad. Some want trance, some top40 hits...many probably don't really know what they want at all...haha. Beginning of the night I usually go with remixes for a bit so that the non house fans will have a few drinks and stick around

Nice to meet you as well, thanks for coming out! There was a huge misunderstanding about the beer prices. They are permanently set at $3 domestics, $3.50 imports, $5 wells from now on. It was a needlessly confusion situation, I apologize. We'll be messing with the 14 tv's in the next couple weeks...plus getting the rest of the lighting and effects finalized.

I got some new minimal this week, may play it early on. Going to record my podcast live from 11-12pm. It was nice to see some of you last week come out and support! The venue is great, going to work on the sound a bit more tonight - needs more bass

I've been having a bit of a tough time with the main owner to get this all totally set up the right way with proper pricing etc....but we are having a good time every Friday. This past week more people showed up after midnight than before. Owner has spent zero dollars promoting, no magazines, newspapers, flyers...anything, so it's going to be slow until we get it all sorted out. Thankfully, he has finally agreed this week to get the promoting started. Right now it's only on two websites, and my Facebook page - so my friends have been there, plus a trickle of people from the websites.

I know some of you that have showed up may hate the top40 that has been played, and I agree. I played some new tunes this past week and have plenty more waiting in the wings. It has not been perfect, and musically I have not been totally thrilled with all that has been played, but I'm getting the kinks worked out. Pushing for the $2 beer all night and am pretty sure this is what will end up happening after my business partner and I meet with the main owner this week. The guy has never run a nightclub, and has been tentative to listen to our suggestions. The sound needs a bit of work, more bass and less high end. Going to show the QSC K-15's in the next couple weeks. Anyhow, thanks for those who have come out, we will continue to improve this night to be a proper dance music night!
