I know we've probably all heard this by now, so I was wondering what us Aussie TAs thought of Gouryella's new track? Although I'm a big fan, I don't get the European/US "I die!" thing -- wtf?

Anyway, I digress: love it, hate it, don't care either way? Just let us know!

I love it, someone needs to clone Ferry Corsten, my favourite tracks happen to be either remixed by him or are his own productions.

Its good, but, i dont think its deserving of the OMFG I DIE TREATMENT its getting everywhere else. I think people imagine it to be great because its a gouryella production. If it was an unknown who had made this track, then we wouldnt be hearing about it no where near as much.

bingo. but not taking any credit away, it is a good tune but incredibly overated due to that very fact.

I first listened to this song before reading the hype that's surrounded it and I'd have to say that it still hit me as being a pretty awesome tune. Apparently Ligaya = happiness in Philipino and I'd have to agree that that was how I felt after listening to it. Yes, I think the hype is true. Ferry Corsten forever. I can't wait to get my copy signed when he comes to Adelaide. Anyway, I shall certainly be preordering this one - September 10th I think. Anyone know?

I was expecting like the best song of all time with all the hype. But I actualy like Tenshi, Gouryella and Wahalla alot better. I think Gouryella needs Tiesto back just to add the touch that sets their productions apart. Ferry's cool but Tiesto COME BACK!
Anyway I'm looking forward to trying to get into Ferry! Will it be at Darling Harbour in Sydney at the MOS place? Better for me if its there so if I dont get in I can stay at a friends place. CANT WAIT!

I don't think Ligaya is worthy of the "I die" stuff...but it is still a great track! It has a suitable name (ligaya meaning happiness in Tagalog).

Yes it is a good tune, and I'm looking forward to hearing both Armin and Ferry play it. But I think I would've preferred something that was innovative, something that is going to give trance another kickstart...

seriously, a great tune. Yeah Sept 16 i think it is released. But the FULL RIP of this song is now available on direct connect. Fuck knows how someone got their hands on one of the 10 promo copies pressed. Oh well, god bless the internet!
Can't wait to see Ferry spin it this year, no doubt he will. Tenshi was fantastic last year... lets hope this has the same feeling to it played live.

Are you sure it's actually a rip of the white label? I've only got the ID&T radio rip from Armin's 'A State of Trance' show.

Probably someone from the release group works somewhere in the industry, maybe at a radio station like ID&T, or even somewhere that is involved in pressing the records??

That's how most warez games are leaked ahead of their official release date, one of the group members is a game reviewer, or works in the supply chain and simply "borrows" one. One guy I knew quite well in the warez scene worked at a shrink-wrapping company - all the computer game boxes would come in to get packed and ready to ship, he'd simply knock one off...

Just remember that warez groups aren't superhuman
