Arsenal vs Barcelona

Champions League starting in 30 minutes

some of the best players in world football, messi, xavi, fabregas, nasri, van persie, villa and co all expected to play some part in the 2 legs. Predictions? I'm going with 2-2 for the first leg.

Also, sports disc in COR so Vern can't moderate with his anti-arsenal views

I guess it depends on the day, but Barca's talent makes Arsenal look like an MLS team.

It's hardly that bad. Van Persie has had some good chances, but Arsenals final ball hasn't been the best thus far. Koscielny has been impressive for Arsenal and the ref seems to fall for Alves play acting.

well, it's all over in London. Arsenal take a lead to the camp nou but will it be enough? We'll find out in a couple of weeks I think it is. Great advert for the game though.

good match even though my web feed dropped around 70' so i didn't even see RVP's goal

messi's missed opportunity early on woulda been the difference

Decent match.

Valdes is without doubt the suckiest keeper ever to have some success. He is what Keanu Reeves is to acting. He did poorly in that first goal.

Messi just got tired on the second half and the rest of the team felt that.

The next match will be more exciting. I wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal advances due to a fluke by Valdes.
