Strictly for the Dutch people

I have a question thats been bothering me for a couple days now, ever since I consumed a piece of Dutch "dubbel zout" (double salty) licorice.

WHY?, DEAR GOD WHY?

nobody puts bubblegum flavor on steaks, or shrimp paste on cookies.

someone explain to me the enigma of salty licorice, and how in gods name you can consume it!

(much respect to the dutch, no offense intended)

it's DROP You know, the famous Dutch candy

a famous Dutch cook once made a licorice-soup and we've got licorice flavoured lollipops aswell

i saw on the news yesterday that a Dutch icemaker has made fish-icecream! he said it's a trend in asia atm...he wanted to make shrimpicecream aswell what an idea

not a big licorice fan myself tho

that fish icecream sounds weird tho!

...i saw on the news they put fish oil into milk now, so people can get omega 3 vitamin...but it took them a while to get rid of the fish smell/taste

i just figured out my roll is OLD.

I picked up some fresh salted drops, they're actually not bad. The roll I previously had was hard as rocks, and had a plasticy taste to it

I also bought a bag of the light brown grainy ones that melt faster. those ones are the fucking business.

Still cant stand double, but single seems to suit me pretty well.

PS miss proximus: I love cucumber+peanut butter sammiches.
