Nocturnal being foreclosed on
this info was just passed down to me from a friend
Being sold March 10th on the auction block. Not that I was ever interested in going there. I dont see any tickets for sale but just make sure you dont buy any if you do see them.

It was also talked about in this thread:

you know if someone with a brain bought that place they could actually make it pretty decent. the setup has always just been retarded. lets hope someone intelligent gets their hands on this property.

And still Nocturnal says this is just "RUMOR MILL". How is it rumor mill when its public documents? Still no good explanation from them, just more dancing around the subject.
If you guys want a laugh check out Nocturnals response to supposed "RUMOR MILL" lol accusations.

at some point though if no one is going to pay the $5 million the bank will have to let it go for less. just look around at the housing crisis and you'll see how it works. so hopefully sometime in the future someone can get that property for cheap (because the bank cant hold onto it forever) and then finally do something good with it.
i for one have no interest in checking out volume even for a second. with that quick of a turnaround theres no way they did anything to that place. what needs to happen is a complete remodeling. put the booth on the main floor on the 1st floor, keep the 2nd floor vip or whatever (kinda how space was before the loft), get rid of the retarded glass room, close off the terrace and move the booth to one end and make the whole damn thing symmetrically. oh and expand all the bathrooms. 2 little stalls is shit when its a big event. but nope, none of that will ever happen. so lets just stay away then huh?

it really is sad because someone could do something great with that space its just not cost effective. same shit thats been happening on south beach for years. the old art deco buildings are running down or are already run down and it costs more money to fix them up than it does to tear them down and build new. just sucks cuz you're tearing down something special. not that nocturnal is special or that it could even be torn down because of how that block is setup but the same concept applies. its always all about the money. sucks.

I like their Terrace. I wonder what they are gonna do for wmc/ultra

How the hell can they stay open...I need a real-estate lawyer on these forums to explain to me how someone maintains ownership of a foreclosed property they owe 5.2million dollars on...

Any smart person would move their events elsewhere and not take the risk. Sure its Nocturnal and I'm sure they'll weasel their way out of this too |
well, all i can say is I am just a person who travels to parties from North Carolina so I have no stake in this "gang up against nocturnal" conspiracy.
What I do know is that there is a legal document that says the place will be sold on the Auction block March 10th and 5mil plus is owed.
Until I see proof that says otherwise, I am going to go with the legal document. All of these post from promoters or nocturnal that say things like "wait and see" or "you dont know the facts", they dont mean crap to me and anyone who buys a ticket to those events should understand the risk of dealing with people who are not 100% up front from the beginning.
Either show a legal document that says it will be open or really there is nothing else to say. I posted a court docket, what do you have?
for those who missed it, here is the court docket

i think promoters are just trying to sweep this under the rug. its an issue they dont want to deal with. and its probably not their place to come out and say how nocturnal will be open, that should be nocturnals job but in this instance its really going to hurt any party being thrown there if they dont. no one wants anything to do with that place. its been like that for awhile and especially now with this. im not gonna waste my time with this place and a lot of potential customers feel the same way. basically the whole sweeping this issue under the rug just isnt going to fly. when you guys have an empty dance floor (if you're even allowed to be open) please dont wonder why.
Hahaha, you guys are hilarious, no one is trying to sweep anything under any rug.
Like I said before the venue will still be there for WMC. That is all
