that was like fancy schmancy buffet... dont expect tons of king crab legs and cocktail shrimp.. but u will find things like Truffled Mac n Cheese.. Pork Belly Bao Sliders.. Marinated Galbi.. Chorizo Infused Mahi Mahi.. Crab in Beurre Blanc sauce...Chocolate Dipped Strawberries..

Party at Marquee, Surrender, XS or Rain on the weekends.
If you're still awake around 4am, go to Drai's Afterhours next to the Flamingo. That place usually starts cracking around that time.

If you're into buffets, definitely hit up Carnival World Buffet at Rio for a top quality international buffet.
Also, hit up Mon Ami Gabi restaurant at Paris! Great steaks, french cuisine and breakfast for a very reasonable price. This one is a must.

hit up a cirque du soleil if you can afford it, i've heard the beatles one is really good.

things to avoid: strip clubs (nothing special), vanity at the hard rock (seriously, f*ck that place), the bank at bellagio

if u are looking for a cheap solid LUNCH buffet try Palace Station... pretty solid buffet food for lunch for $6.99 .. all of my friends were surprised at how good it was for the price

two great meals i can recall worth recommending:

for us LA gourmet burger folks...blt burger in mirage is yummmo.

emerils in mgm

all the buffetts are the same now. yeah, one may have more crab legs than the other...but at the end of the day, its all the same bulk shit. so go to any of the large hotels...its all the same...i personally do not think its worth it to wait for an hour to eat at buffett.

for nightclubs...essentially, marquee is the it spot.

as for hotel casino/lounges, i prefer the cosmopolitan. the bar in the front plays edm at night and is a fun low key spot to chill and try to look all young, fancy and hip.

oh yeah, to avoid....avoid that ghetto strip area in front of the flaminogo/osheas/impperial palace/harrahs/that harrahs cirucs tent circular bar thing outside... middle america will be out in full force.

I highly doubt there are discounts at the Wicked Spoon unless (maybe) you're staying at The Cosmo.

IMO, I think Vanity is a pretty shitty club. It's one big room and it's Top 40's. That's at least when I went on a Saturday night.

1st weekend of april atb at marquee pool, robbie rivera at TAO Beach.
2nd weekend of april Dada Life at TAO Beach.
Wet republic opens next friday, but hasnt released anything...
i think they are on their knees for marquee/Tao group
