Hoboken St. Patricks Parade

anyone hitting this up....

quite honestly i think this parade is a cluster fuck

$30-$40 to get in some bar thats crammed worse tempts on Memorial day weekend

gotta wait 8 people deep for a drink and the hit you over the head with the drink prices...

Douchebaggery is runnin on all time high

agreed...i had fun one time i went but i wanted to kill myself the 2nd go around

The Seaside Parade is my fav....

basically no cover all day/night
cheap drink prices
plenty of room
The crowd is actually more laid back

Next Saturday is the big St Pats day celebration upstate in Albany (I go to school here)..... they call it kegs and eggs.... bars are open from the crack of dawn until the next night, theres a parade, every street is closed off, full of drunk people falling all over the place, ect... It is something that everyone needs to experience once, if not more. I am not into the whole "lets go to a bar and drink a lot of beer" scene, but it is something that everyone is a part of.

Now you couldn't pay me to cross over to HoBo, esp. for Santa Fest & Patty's.
If I were single I'd hit some house parties up for sure though to creep on Jersey girls.
