Mind stimulating music for public transport commutes.

Genres may include anything EXCEPT Rap and Country. I'm curious to see what you guys can suggest.

Cheers!

Also after stuff similar to Carbon Based Lifeforms.

System J?

Maybe you could try my Winter Mixtape sets (see sig). They're 45 minutes each so they fit the journey, and I play Carbon Based Lifeforms and some other Ultimae in there.

EDIT: Also, check out ASC's "Deep Space" mix series. He plays a lot of Ultimae and mixes it in with ambient, dub techno and so on. http://theasc.blogspot.com/p/deep-space-mix-series.html

Oh, and how about pozz's "Fragments" thread: http://tranceaddict.com/forum/showt...&forumid=73&s== Lots of short mixes there.

I'm trying to recommend short sets because I personally like to hear things in full. I love that time you get on a commute to just sit and absorb a body of music with nothing else to do or think about, but I don't like having to cut something short when I'm really getting into it. Also, this is all pretty calm and downtempo music, which is good in a morning.
