Got some Free Loops for you guys!

I've got 500 free loops I'm giving away and will be adding more on a regular basis.

We are in Beta testing right now for LoopArtists.com so let us know how you like the site and grab some free loops while you're there!

Edit: Still looking for more feedback on the site. Look, feel, functionality. Any comments are appreciated.

OK a few things about the site since you asked.

First, I despise places that advertise loops, but make you DL them one by one. Its bad kharma imo. Don't make me hangout at your site longer than I have to just because you want your site bumped up the search ranks. As its obvious if I DID want all those loops, chances are I'd come back to your site multiple times to download them all that way 1 by fucking 1.
I hate that shit, and didn't even dl one loop because of it.

Now about the site itself. The whole "I found the purfect sound" thing is cheesy, horrific, and unoriginal. Your advertising your site like its actually going to help people find a perfect sound, which is obviously bs, so ditch it. Make it something more humble and appropriate like "helping people polish their sounds since 2011", or however old the site really is. But the purfect sound thing is really just gay and boastful.

Also, because I use to do site design and graphics. The 2 graphics on the left/right sides I don't like. They look low quality/low resolution and I'd find something with more depth. I mean that can be fixed rather quickly in photoshop. But those stripes should have more roundness and articulation imo. Plus if you use your mind you could have likely just picked way better blue graphics to begin.

Last, the 2 blank tabs up top look cheap. Either remove them or add something to them. Even if its a link to a blank page it would be better than having a blank tab on your home page. And if you take them out just center the 4 you do have.

Gzuz christ just saw this. My new "last" piece of advice. That woman on the bottom that you likely thought was funny (its ok but I think it works more against you if you're aiming to have a decent site one day) really is sleezy. I don't know. I also don't even understand the phrase you wrote "some sounds are priceless for everything else there is loop masters".. so what are you saying you plan on charging for your loops one day? Is that the goal of the site?
You should advertise your own loops as priceless (because they're free right?), not a womans noises during sex. Just another thing I didn't like about the site. Not to mention when people are at work surfing the web last thing they want their boss to see is a woman lying down with her legs up. Even if it doesn't show anything it will make people think who ever is on the site is searching for porn, or something porn related.

I don't know but its definitely things I would change if it was my site. G/luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I agree to some degree about the banners so lifted em. As for the loops....well since you have some background in web design I'm sure you realize bandwidth is "not cheap". You are asking me to provide a quick and easy way for you to just grab everything and exit. At some point you will go thru the loops and delete the ones you don't like anyway which is why I have fast previews on there. Is it such an issue to search for just what you want and only download those? You certainly do ask for alot considering they are royalty free, homemade and original seamless loops. A lot of time has been spent creating them so why not take just a few moments to find just what you want? You will find the search system is quite specific and helpful in that regard.

It's a good idea, but certainly if you want to attract dance music producers you need better loops. I checked the 125, 128 and 130 bpm drum loops and nothing jumped out as fresh and prosonic.

Appreciate the feedback. Still working on more drum loops now. Most of my loops up to this point have been synth lines but many more are to come.

I just uploaded another 50 loops for you guys. I'm now up to 400 free loops. This week I've added some electro drum loops for you. A small selection of them can be immediately heard on the new "Featured Loops" section of the homepage. Enjoy~

LOL I don't know why that word came to mind when I named it.

Much easier to remember than something like "Session7drums_nohihat.wav"

You are much more likely to remember and find Twat125bpm.wav

It may seem random but I do have a logic to the naming of the files.
Rather than a boring category name I prefer to use descriptive terms that describe the vibe I get from the various loops.

My projects are based on a theme as well so if any of my loops have similar names it just means they came from the same project and can be used together in a project.

I started doing featured loops every week with archives in the forum.

This week I've got "Dirty Synths" as the featured loops.

Library is now 450 free loops and growing.
