Only ever heard this played in this set from 1997. Does anyone have any idea what this is??

positive this is by trouser enthusiasts as there is near identical sounds and builds/drops used in his remix of a danni minouge track around the same time (1997).

No mention of this on google anywhere though so either some rare acetate or it was renamed later?
