They told me to upload it with Flash FXP so can someone tell me the procedures that i need to take to upload with that program.

You need webspace....
If you got webspace u log in with flash FXP ON the website u got the webspace (u can follow..?)

Then just choose the file on the left (from your hard drive), put your pointer to the file, then click upload or rightclick (I dunno)

So that's it..
