dude failed right there. if he wanted a cheaper burritos, he should have went to taco cabana. also there are several areas in the san antonio area he can get a good burrito for $1. i usually stay away from both places anyways

breakfast burritos ftw. i usually go for their potato or chorizo breakfast burritos.

as for SXSW, nothing negative about it. if you're looking for an electro crowd, then maybe you might have issues with the festival. other than that, it's a regular music/movie/interactive/comedy festival like every other festival out there.

Funny, my month long trip to Japan was what made me appreciate America. Although if I could get Canadian citizenship and live in Montreal I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Japan doesn't have hoards of poor minorities/workers to deal with and can concentrate their enormous wealth on infrastructure while we concentrate on warfare and inefficient government.

I'm a huge fan of Japan, studied there with an exchange program in high school, have a lot of friends there, will be going back in a couple of months for a wedding, and I used to feel the same way (when I was a teenager). Then you start to dig deeper and realize while Japanese culture is much more polite than American culture, it has its fair share of problems.

I understand the problems in their society, and its stupid of me to think that as an American I could easily integrate into something like that, but as a model for how a society should be they are a lot closer than anything in the US is.

Well if we had white people who actually wanted to be farm hands and do back breaking manual labor then we wouldn't have an issue, but we don't.

Don't give me crap about minimum wage either, because thats BS, most natural born Americans wouldn't do that work for even $2 over minimum wage. Shit, most of them are too fucking fat to do any physical labor at all.
