Albion - Air (Porcupine Records)
Nice release here from Simon, not sure how he was able to release it but who cares. This release is a very nice package for late fans who missed this release for any reason or people that want to hear Ferry Corsten's roots. You get the first release mixes and the Air 2000 mixes as well excluding: Albion - Air 2000 (The Swimmer "Monkey Mix")
But the plus side is you get the rare (Nightmoves Chillout Mix) that been exclusive to the Platipus:Beginners Guide since 2001.
It's a solid all-around showcase of trancey styles.

Lieb's version has always been my favourite. Def a must have if you dig trance from this era.
I second that. Oliver Liebs remix for me as well.
i thought pretty much all versions of this track were really damn good

i don't see what's interesting about that oliver lieb remix. it's nice but i prefer the palefield mountain remix the most. hybrids and the swimmers remix was nice aswell, shame that the latter is not available. but i believe most of these available (and in full and digital) back when platipus was still kicking around innit?

I saw this the other day. Was hoping The Swimmer remix would get released, as that's one of the few Platipus tracks I don't have. Was nice to get the Nightmoves Chillout. I always wondered if Simon got mad at The Swimmer or something, since his remix doesn't show up anywhere except that one B-side.
I'm a fan of all the remixes, really. They're all good for different times in a set, imo.
Bought the Ferry Corsten remix on Beatport. Sounds like it skips at one point...
