Looking for a (hard trance?) song

I'm not sure if this would classify as hard trance or house, but I am looking for a specific song I heard at a club and I have been looking for it for years.

I don't have a sample, so please bear with me.

Its a male voice, and he repeatedly says Rock Rock Rock Rock, Dance Dance Dance Dance"
It starts out rather fast, lots of beeps and boops, then it slows down, almost to a complete pause, and picks up slowly with some various beeps and boops hahaha

Sadly that is all the information I have, but if you know the song, it should be enough.
