Sotex - Closer To The Edge

Anyone know anything about this track? I heard it in a judge jules essential mix from 03 and google has yielded nothing except a link to this site with the track name in some old thread. Info regarding it would be awesome because the melody is INSANE!

That's DEFINITELY not the track.
I'll post a clip from the song in a bit, gotta cut it out of the mix.

Ok obviously that tracklisting is weird or something else is going on because the track im thinking of has no vocals and its got a super dark melody that sounds just like this except the synth patch is a little different:
