Want a job at McDonald's?

quote:
CLEVELAND -- Just after 2 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the McDonald's at E. 105th Street and St. Clair Avenue for reports of several people being run over by a car.

There was a large crowd there for the national restaurant chain's "Hiring Day."

Witnesses and police tell our partners at WKYC that two girls started fighting in the parking lot, and the McDonald's owner and the manager came out to break it up.

Witnesses said one girl got into her gray Monte Carlo while the two were still punching each other.

Witnesses then said the girl in the Monte Carlo started it up and then backed up, running over the McDonald's owner and the manager and hitting several other people.

Police say that the Monte Carlo then drove off from the restaurant. EMS took the manager and the owner to MetroHealth Medical Center, according to police.

Good to see their event attracted such driven individuals.

I'd say she's really cut out for the drive-thru.

I sure hope that losing their manager won't create a lot of backup during their busy hours.

ouch

If either of them die, I hope she fries for this.

There used to be a teacher who would attach McDonald's resumes on the back of failed tests at my high school. Needless to say she was fired for some strange reason.

Looks like she was trying to fast-track her career path.

(Made me laugh)

To bad she was only able to roll-over her perspective hiring manager instead of her 401K.

It seems as if her career path is stuck in reverse.

Posted by shaw on Apr-21-2011 16:17:

She really needs to tread a bit more carefully during the interview process and not just plow through the questions, care-free.

The manager thought her resume' was a bit tired.

He must be exhausted.

I hope he doesn't have to retire.

Sounds like she was just treading water as a prospect, anyway.

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on Apr-21-2011 16:38:

Word has it she was infuriated when she found out the job would not offer any paid brakes.

PUNS!

Posted by EddieZilker on Apr-21-2011 16:42:

This was clearly a case where it was unwise to back out of the application process.

Posted by srussell0018 on Apr-21-2011 16:48:

Give the girl a brake, her skill set is clearly geared more towards working in a McDonalds slaughter house.

Her application must have been stuck somewhere in transmission.

They were literally flooded, so I think it got a little backed up.

Sh'on'tiqu ignored her grandma's nuggets of wisdom for the interview and rolled right through it with ease.

I guess she had... To Go.

YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH--
