ATH-M50 headphone, Question for you who have it

Okey i bought this headphone 3 weeks ago. 2 days afterwards i started to notice crackling in the left headphone. I soon realized its the little thing that connects the coil cable into the headphone which makes crackling noise when you either walk or turn your head. This is extremely irritating so i demanded a new headphone or getting it repaired (they said i would get a new).
So i went to the store to collect my "new" headphone and it has the same fucking problem! I suspect this is the same headphone which i gave to them and they have failed trying to repair it or im just verry unlucky.
You guys who have this headphone, do you know about this problem?

I have the same headphones with straight cable, i don't have this problem, they are amazing high quality headphones
