african spoken vocal warm trance

hi,please ... looking for a trance tune with spoken african vocal.

has a few lines at the breakdown , one line (i think the last line) is something like...

'better than to do nothing at all' ... only time will tell'

track is warm and dreamy.

the line spoken in this track @ 4:12 reminded me of it, but the other track has a deeper voice and has more lines.
