pointers for job interviews

i just got a call from "Speed Zone" to come and get interviewed, its like this place where they have arcades, go-karts and dragsters. i really need this job and i was just wondering if anyone can give me some pointers.

I got some hints 4u

1. dont show up late to the interview (get there early)!
2. be confindent but not arrogant.
3. look them in the eye and be yourself.

Most jobs want someone who is honest, hard working, dependable, easy to get along with, follows orders, and is self sufficent (doesnt need someone to hold their hand).

When they ask u to tell them about yourself, talk about the job, your there for business. be serious, and be job focused, every question needs a reply about the job... if u get what i mean...

Ask yourself what sort of person they want, and then be that person. Tell them what they want to hear, look them in the eye. There's plenty of time for them to find out you're not exactly what they wanted once you've got the job

I disagree. A handshake is the universal greeting. I think its important to shake hands with the interviewer. It makes you seem more professional.

And remove all piercings.

Do you know where handshake came from ??

Everything has their rules, even a handshake. Interviewer should greet first, older should throw his hand first then younger, in other hand its unethical (if this word fits in).
