Finished my remix. It mentions in the rules i can't upload to any media site. I have to email them with a download link to the mp3. Where can I upload my MP3 mix without anyone downloading it?

Probably with one of those file sending sites (speedyshare, yousendit, mediafire). I've never used any of them personally (I use my artist website), some may well charge money.

Thanks! I used mediafire to upload my mp3.

There seems to be a fallacy with that method. It clearly says that you're not allowed to post a full version of your remix with full quality for free on sharing websites like YouTube or Facebook, or else your track wouldn't just be disqualified, you would be charged for copyright infringement.
The problem is that Speedyshare, YouSendIt, Mediafire etc. count as sharing websites (duh) and one could easily attain the said remix through a quick Google search. Thus, the label has to charge ALL the contestants for illegal activities, many who live around the world, thus making the legal issues even worse.
I sent an email about this but I haven't got any response. That's why I wont be submitting an entry.

Many hosting services (yousendit for example) offer secure downloads which wont be displayed on google search. And (don't quote me on that) but im sure that is what they ment. And if youre still freaking out if someone might hack your download link you could still use the good old mail

Yeah MediaFire lets you password protect the file, and WeTransfer is secure. Moreover, just compress it with RAR or ZIP and add a password.

I did a search via Google for the remix I did and uploaded to my website (there's no link to access it directly via the website, but it's there). Google didn't find it. I also didn't notice any other speedyshare/mediafire etc remixes coming up. The soundcloud ones did come up, and versions posted in forums.

Which search term should I use to quickly find all the other remixes and download them? I'd be interested to hear them. It'll be interesting to see whether the label does indeed charge all the contestants with copyright infringement, or whether you misinterpreted it.

I've been told the deadline has been extended to the 13th. Not sure how accurate that is, though. Anyway, I guess me mastering a remix is a breach of copyright, too.
