Rush - Aalto - Remake, tell me what you think

hey all, decided to remake one of the tunes that got me into trance - its an oldie, Aalto's Rush.

Update 5:
Rush (David Lovas 2011 Remake) - Aalto updated 5 by DLovas

here it is below, and try to listen with headphones cause there is a subtle bass that i wasnt able to hear thru my computer speakers which made it sound worse. In case ur wondering, drums are placeholders for now. -DLovas

Update 4 - still playin around with leads

this one has no build up as far as im aware - its sort of messy where the build up used to be, but pay attention for the changes i've made once the main segment comes in..

I really like your main lead, nice work there IMO. And good punch in the kick too.

That subtle bass that your are referring to, is that the low sine? I would remove that, because it really dont contribute to the energy in the track, and it's mudding your low end. Ohh, and it's actually easy enough to hear on speakers, as long as they are good

Also the big build up isnt really working for me, there are way to many interruptions that remove a lot of the energy IMO.

Those noises from 1:56-2:07 need to be taken out.

The release at 3:42 could have been a little bit better. I felt like it just kept going and their wasn't really a "drop".

Def like the last one the best minus the 2 things I pointed out. Keep it up though man!

Quick heads up: It'd be a good idea to update your first thread with the updated versions of the tracks. I for one (and probably other visitors to the thread) didn't realise there was more than one version until I scrolled down, by which time I was part way through your first version. Minor annoyance, but just a quick tip. You want people commenting on the correct version!

Anyway, I'm unfamiliar with the original, but not a bad track. Keep it up.
