why is there 2 index's?? and which one do i use to make my cue? thanks!!!!

there should only be 1 index, rip out all that useless crap and use the 00 index [i think] either that or the 01 index

there are 2 indexes for the 2 second gap that some cds have in between each track, use the second index to mark the times, why they do this, i have no fuckin clue, or you can look at the help file on cdrwin and they tell you how to make all different kinds of cue sheets
