Stanley Cup - Vancouver vs Boston
So you have a Winnipeg back in NHL thread but no Canucks one? No wonder deadmau5 is popular over here 
Funny thing is Boston's team is made up of 22 Canadian players and the other 11 are from other countries. While Vancouver's team is like 16 Canadian players and the other 15 are from other countries. What is more interesting Vancouver has more American players on the team then the Boston has on their own 
Boston is 67% (rounded up) Canadian while Vancouver is pretty much 52% (rounded up) Canadian. Tampa was just like Boston with almost 67% of the team being Canadian.

One thing that scares me is Thomas, I don't know I have this feeling that he will play God like and still steal some wins. I hope I'm wrong though!

While I�d be happy seeing a Canadian team winning it, especially Vancouver after all these years. I can�t stand Luongo, so out of spite for him I hope Boston takes it. Not to mention like above, Boston has more canadian players on their team anyways lol, plus just to piss off some friends who have been bragging about van the whole play-offs.
great first game, was surprised at lack of discipline from both teams considering we're in the final round. I think it's going to tighten up even more but with players taking less liberties on each other as the series goes on (unless one team blows out another).
Boston is like Nashville, hot goalie, tough defence but with a little less discipline and with bit more scoring up front. Vancouver could win in four or five but they will pay the price for each win I believe.
Hey Jester, I think Quebecers are still cheering for Van due to Habs history with Boston, then again they don't care for the Anglo west
If Tampa were there, they'd probably cheer for them, even beyond the fact Tampa has the french guys Vinny, St Louis and Guy Boucher coaching, as Vancouver has Burrows, Bolduc, Lappierre and coach Vigneault as well.

The series is 2-.I think that Boston's moral is low. If Vancouver wins tonight, I predict it will be a 4-0 series.
i'm a huge hockey fan, but hate both of these teams so much that i have not watched more than 10 minutes. Can't wait until july 1st to be interested in hockey again.
please say you at least hate the Leafs more than Van
If Toronto was playing an American team in the final I'd be cheering for the American team
Anyways, this should be the most physical game for Van yet. Boston needs to lose this series, that city has won everthing else in the past decade

NOW we have a series with a bit of everything in it, the two teams absolutely hate each other and the Canucks are now facing a best of three if Boston evens it up on Wed.
