Teh Wang was the leader of a Mongol independence movement in Inner Mongolia. That never fails to amuse me.

Happy Bday.

Thanks a lot guys. No special plans for the day, because I'm working in the evening and all my friends are working in the day. Can't even have a heavy celebration this weekend, because I've got my 10k run on Sunday morning!

Party Hat

Happy happy birthday to everybody's favorite pain in the asshole.

Don't ever leave us.

Good luck mane. What time do you start running? Got any particular goals? Any post-run meals in mind?

Posted by SYSTEM-J on Jun-16-2011 14:16:

I think the run starts at 9am. I did a practise 10k on Tuesday in the blazing afternoon sunshine and could only do it in 55, but I had some muscle soreness and a lack of energy, so I'm hoping to do much better than that on Sunday. If the conditions are favourable - cool weather, no wind, no injuries or pains or cramps, good course - I'm hoping to complete it in around 52 minutes.

With any luck, the post-run nutrition will be a few victory drinks in a pub with my friends who are running.
