you got a good scratch mixer? what is it?

you also got decent carts?

naw i like my dekz regular style

and yes i have good carts Ortofon Concordes to be exact they never skip on me...even when i try to make them

you dont need a scratch mixer to be able to scratch...i have a Pioneer DJM-600

anyone that tells me you cant scratch with it is lieing...cuz ive seen djs get down with it..not only at clubs/raves...but on my very own (my friend tried to show me how to scratch...he put on a little show for me using it )

most battle/scratch/hip hop djs have there turntables "battle style"

its so the tonearm doesnt get in the way

also it keeps the dekz closer to the mixer for the quicker tricks

hummmmm does the DJM 600 have a decent crossfader? With a steep curve or ajustable? cause if you're trying to scratch with a X curve you're gonna suck ... that is if you use your cross...

start working on these crabs and flares NOW!

the 600 is fine for scratching - just set the fader curve to the setting where it cuts in real quick and doesnt dip...

i have a gemini ps626 pro2 and it sucks for scratching, the scratches dont sound clean, i mean it just doesnt cut it, i was looking at the internet to try to make a mod for my x-fader (the a-mod) but i think if i do it i will mess up my mixer
peace
