Desyn Masiello around 2005-2006 is probably the closest. Also try Paolo Mojo and Sander Kleinenberg around the same time. Add2Basket now has a radio show with Luke Fair so if you want stuff similar to what Luke is playing now, he's the go to guy (as well as Dana Bergquist, Tom Middleton, Marcus Klay, and Rowan Blades)
