Just find a youtube video with crowd noise, go to this website here , download the file, load it into edison, cut a section that has crowd noise, drag it to a sampler, turn the CRF knob all the way up, make a note that extends the length of the track you want to have crowd noise, then put reverbs all over the place, maybe some ping pong delay, EQ out the low frequencies and maybe some of the mids, adjust the level of the fader and done!
