It's not a real language, but it is based on a mixture of Italian and Latin as far as I know, since small parts of it can be translated from both of those languages.

The title "Credens Justitiam" means "Believe in Justice" in Latin. As for te language spoken in the song, it is not a real language. The composer made up the singing language.
