Progressive Emotional 5 - Menno De Jong - Sunset in Rio

Hey guys, Im back here. This is DJ Flamur. I do my own songs and my own DJing, but I also have a fairly simple series on youtube which is called "Progressive Emotional".

Essentially, progressive emotional aims to capture great trance tracks which are both progressive and emotional. A great example would be Mango's Friday Coffee remixed by Paul Keeley.

These are the songs we love and the songs we die for.

Progressive Emotional 5 is Menno De Jong's Sunset in Rio.

This is an amazing song and when I first heard it I just felt like I was in the Fcuking moment. In the moment of on the beach in Rio.

Just an amazing track...

It's got a nice vibe, for sure, but how is this progressive? (or is this that 'house with trance sounds' branch of progressive?)

And emotional? Eh, kind of too laid back to be really emotional. I sure wouldn't "die" for it.

No. 2 and 5 are OK, but all in all this series is kinda average - it's really nothing fresh, new or special.
