I'll be honest. I like what you're doing with the track, it's layed out well, great melody and everything, but it sounds very software-ish. sounds straight out of fruityloops, you know?

I recommend you just work on those sounds, get them alittle crazier and you've got a nice composition.

which samples are amateur sounding?

When you mean "crazier" do you mean more effects? That thought has already crossed our minds, and more effects will be added if the song is updated.
