Can you break the code?

In Random Talking, Eddie suggested I make a thread for this code I made up. Here are a couple messages in it:

As I told him, it's not Morse or tap code, but it's not terribly complicated, either. I don't know a lot about cryptography or anything, it's just a minor interest of mine. Good luck cracking it, if you choose to try. We have some smart people here, so somebody will probably get it.

I'd submit that whoever cracks the code, gets to come up with a new code to be cracked, but it's just a suggestion.

Bah, well I am stumped for now. Its obviously some sort of obfuscation of numerical values. I tried an additive process but got no where important looking.
