Please help me - What is the name of this song?

Hello guys I really need your help. I have been looking for the name of this song for ages but no luck - I tried to google lyrics but It's quite hard to understand. Anyway, yesterday I heard this song in my car and I recorded it with my phone (not the best quality) but I think you will recognize it because it's very unique.
Please help me I'm really desperate
