LOL, so so childish, hehe
Well be honest i would go with teacs, coz i get them half price, and they r very high quality, in all their products.
Got a 2000 watt surround sound system from them, it is totally mint, makes u realise how crap pc speakers r when u listen to mp3s and hear things u have never heard before

Enjoy

well, hopefully there won't be anymore childish crap posts. As far as speakers, I prefer Cerwin Vegas. Look at the E-8x series. It depends what you need the speakers for, for me to give my absolute opinion on it. If you are planing on a home studio-type setup, then 100W 10" woofers are all you need for up to a 15x15 room. Anything more then you want to go bigger of course, but don't worry about buying an amp unless you are in a club. Get self powered floorstanding speakers that are self-amplified. For mixing, I'd get bassy speakers--like cerwin vega--so that you can mix well. If you want quality for studio monitors, check out Alesis M-1 MK2's They are very good for a decent price.
My advice though, is that you don't buy any speakers until you listen to them and make sure that is what YOU want from a speaker.

Don't use richer sounds i have heard a number of stories about them. I got mine from my local disco type pa store thing in huddersfield and i think it was a bargain!
