Thanks and yes, spent my honeymoon there. Was a wise decision!

Very enjoyable set. The tracks were great, with a fine dosage of 303s. The flow was good, the beginning was perfect, so were the last couple of tracks. For a Better World = win.

Really tasty tunes throughout the whole set..

Proper quality. Nice work.

Drop me a pm when you make another set.

Thank you for your kind words, guys! I do my best to keep the quality high (in all means). That's also a reason for my mixes to arrive irregularly. The search for proper productions + getting inspiration + real life, need time.

Some humble weekend bump for those that might have missed it.

why did you decide to name it after a small, not-well-known region?

Posted by DJSoulstone on Sep-12-2011 07:06:

I just spent my honeymoon there recently and it was a wonderfull time and place. It also felt like the perfect area for an Open Air. Hot days and warm, star clear nights with cristal clear ocean -> trance dance under the milky way...

Dude, this mix absolutely flew by. One minute I was just chilling, grooving to your tribal goa sounds, and the next minute the set was freaking over already! It was really good. However, I must comment on the mood of the mix. If the place was so pure and beautiful, should you have considered some lighter, more airy tracks? With the exception of the last couple, most of these tracks were quite sinister, and made me think of a much darker vibe. Would you agree with my assessment? Nice work though.

ooh yeah good shit

Actually I didn't feel those tracks being sinister. Rather deep, hypnotizing and somehow more powerfull than the bpm would suggest. And I also think that this type of Trance doesn't necessarily need a misty, cold forest somewhere in Ireland.
It's a sound for the time after the sunset and before midnight. Mourning that the day is over but also praying for the next sunrise to come.

Superb set regarding quality of the tracks. Beautiful selection, there wasn;t a single track I disliked.

The mixing however on some parts was a bit bad, I know it is hard with goa but at some points it wasn't the best that could've been done imo. It doesnt lower the quality of the set with much but still I would've enjoyed it with better mixing at some points.

Overall though: I enjoyed very, very much!
