http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQN0RYlsGgA

With the masses slating Angello for the serious lack of effort due to that imfamous footage this guy is a serious contender to take that position ..

of N1 lazy bastard ... I've never seen such a pathetic display period truly horrific this guy is one of the biggest names in America ,

Posted by itsamemario on Sep-02-2011 09:36:

What's lazy about that mixing? He's playing top40 ffs. You don't beatmatch a 70 bpm track and a 116 bpm one.

Posted by Chimney on Sep-02-2011 09:38:

What is he doing with his left hand?

$20k a gig

I never understood how people could go to a club to hear the same shit the radio plays.

Top 40 sucks, and a DJ who plays it sucks even more.

How is that any different from people going to a club to hear their favourite music?

yeah, you are way out of touch with reality dude. that's exactly what people do on a steady basis.

EDM is really a niche product that majority of the population doesn't really listen to... except for dubstep, that shit is bigger than Jesus these days.

I never said that it wasn't what people do on a steady basis.

Just because people do it doesn't mean it's good. Shit sucks, period.

It's one big fucking commercial of people who are usually shallow and out of touch with their own reality.

People go out because they want to party to stuff they can recognize. I don't really understand why you think that's a bad thing

Which is kind of funny, seeing he listens to this.

Because what a lot people recognize as music is an onslaught of commercialized crap.

I'm just bitter, because I hate stepping into a place not knowing that it's playing Top 40. Usually ruins my vibe and night all together unless I quickly change venues.

i think you need to research where you're going before going out. it's really easy, with the internet. most places will post exactly what type of environment they have or are having that night right on their webpage.

Not at all... that would actually be horrible.

I never said he should play something else. He plays what he plays, just like any other DJ out there. I just can't vibe with it.

Massive and fairly stupid generalisation. In dance music there is a whole culture of unknown music - promos, white labels, dub plates, exclusives, secret weapons, re-edits... Most of the time I go out, I don't recognise a single track being played. At a pop, metal, indie, hip-hop, funk, soul or disco night the crowd probably recognise 90% of the tracks. It's a bit of a ridiculous idea that you can't be shown any new music or taken on a journey to new places in a club, that a club entirely exists to replay tracks you all know so everyone can sing along in beer-y circles.

His technical ability more than anything is seriously lacking too busy fucking pussy footing about with the fucking laptop ..

Here in the UK Z listers that have appeared on Reality tv get bookings to cheesy fucking hellhole's for some crazy reason in America they offer such people a residency purely on the basis of there appearance in a pathetic reality tv show and because the crowd they pull .. without taking into any consideration the person actual ability ..

Been awarded a Residency at RAIN ,Las Vegas and is on the same bill as Oakenfold ...
