What program to use for mixing songs together for continuous play...Logic?

Sorry if this question has been asked five billion times.

But mine has a twist. I produce and remix music but I've never mixed songs together (since I stopped spinning records in 2002). Does Logic Pro 9 have this capability? I need to gradually speed up to match the BPM of about 15 tracks to blend them in to each other but I don't think Logic Pro has this ability to speed tracks up quickly without speeding the entire arrangement window...to my knowledge at least. In the past whenever I'd beat-match songs I'd have to match the BPM of every single track ahead of time then lay them all out and then beat match. From my knowledge Logic Pro can't adjust BPMs of single tracks but adjusts the BPM of everything at the same time, which makes it near impossible to beatmatch. It's easier to click and switch a knob to speed something from 125 up to 130 to match the next track and so forth that to go in and rebounce every track at the same 130 bpm.

What other programs can you easily find the BPM of and gradually adjust the BPM of a track so that you can easily blend it into another track? I know there's a ton out there. I just don't know which ones are good and efficient. I'm just looking for simple and quick, not DJ-flanger-on-100%-of-the-time super star.

ugh Ableton Live is way too expensive. I thought that thing was under $100. I'll ask around friends and see if I can find something...or a cheap Ableton Live somewhere

Traktor makes a couple of convenient ones. especially if you got turntables, you can mix digital music with the vinyl feel with Scratch.
