Help ID: female vocals something like "those perfect words weren't meant for me"

Please help ID for a friend. This is all the info he has:

Vocal trance, girl singing, something along the lines of: "those perfect words weren't meant for me they've never been real", something something "like you and i" something something "signs in the sky". May have been part of a Roger Shah set, but maybe not.
