Tune ID - 'Universal Sound' 1999 (money offered)

Hey guys!

Hope you are well! Been told about this forum by a friend.

Been after this track since I heard it in Oct 1999 on Plymouth Sound FM mixed by DJ Steve Edwards. He ID'd some tunes off the mix for me but couldn't remember this one and im still searching for it.

It's a wicked warm up track with the vocals 'it's a universal sound', and isn't any of the mixes of Meteor Seven - Universal Sound that I have heard.

Willing to pay a fiver to anyone who knows it?

Unfortunately not mate, it was recorded from a tape about 3 years ago from a tape that has had many plays since 1999.

it is the same sample yes but it's not a remix unfortunately, i have checked them all, the vocal is ripped from an old acapella years ago anyway
