Macromedia SoundEdit 16

Anyone remember this? It had a really cool feature called 'bender' where you could automate the pitch of a waveform similar to the way you automate stuff in your DAW. Keypoints on a timeline ect..

Anyone know of any current software that does this? Pretty much every wav editing app I've come across just lets you do overall pitch change, but nothing like this. I can think of about a thousand practical applications for this in EDM production.

Ableton does it by using clip envelopes. Besides that, soundtoys speed. Oh you mean without time stretch algorithm? there's an easy way to do this with ableton live or even logic.

How in logic?

flex time by putting the stretch engine to repitch and by automating the tempo. :-)
