In some parts.

On your kick channel
boost 50hz +5db 350hz -1db
Add a compressor with 0 attack 55-70ms release, -8 - -11 db Threshold and a ratio of 6;0 +
And add gain till you kick is actually heard

Personally hate kicks that sound like taps
