Lounge/Dub/Dubstep Song ID

Tried the Dubstep forums before coming here, but I'm at a loss to find this track. Been trying for 3 months now.

The DJ mentions the artist at the 0:48 second mark, and the song-title shortly after. I can't make out the artist name at all.
